Refund and Replacement Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Delayed Orders: If your order is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.
  2. Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your order.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If the item you received is damaged or defective. Please provide photos or videos of the damaged item to verify the damage. If the photo does not clearly show the damage, kindly upload a video instead.
  4. Wrong Item Received: If the item you received is not the one you ordered.
  5. Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is processed by our warehouse.
    • Note: Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days, though it may extend to 3-5 business days during peak periods.

Once approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank; additional processing time may be required before a refund is posted.

Replacement

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@foldableholder.com as soon as you identify the defect or damage. Please provide photos or videos of the damaged item to verify the damage. If the photo does not clearly show the damage, kindly upload a video instead.
